Our friends over at RedBeard Tactical have published an excellent real world plate carrier loadout, which is well worth a look:

This one is general purpose/teaching specific and doesn’t require a belt to be worn; so for me there are lots of great lessons here, since I rarely wear a belt with a PC.
Similarly, the back is slick, which is how I prefer mine to be.
